Στα βορειοδυτικά του σημερινού χωριού της Αγίας Ευθυμίας, στη θέση Εκατράχη, διατηρείται η οχυρωμένη ακρόπολη που αποτελούσε το κέντρο του αμυντικού συστήματος της αρχαίας Μυωνίας. Ο οχυρωματικός περίβολος, κτισμένος στο μεγαλύτερο μέρος του κατά το ψευδοϊσόδομο τραπεζιόσχημο σύστημα τειχοποιίας καλύπτει μια έκταση περίπου 300 Χ 250μ. και χτίστηκε τον 4ο αι. π.Χ. Το τείχος ήταν εφοδιασμένο επίσης με έντεκα ορθογώνιους πύργους. Σε σημαντικό ύψος διατηρείται κυρίως στην περιοχή του νεκροταφείου όπου σώζεται και διπλός πύργος που υποδηλώνει την ύπαρξη της κεντρικής πύλης. Αρκετοί μικρότεροι πύργοι-παρατηρητήρια είχαν κατασκευαστεί γύρω από τον οχυρωματικό περίβολο.

To the northwest of the present-day village of Agia Euthymia, at the site Ekatrahi, is preserved the fortified acropolis which formed the focal point of the defensive system of ancient Myonia. The fortification walls, built in their major part with pseudo-ashlar masonry, covers a surface of about 300 x 250 m. and was built in the 4th century B.C. The wall was equipped with eleven rectangular towers. In the area of the cemetery the wall is preserved to a considerable height along with a double tower, which indicates the main entrance gate of the city. Several other smaller watchtowers had been constructed around the fortification walls.

Au nord-ouest du village actuel d'Agia Euthymia, au site Ekatrahi, est conservé l'acropole fortifiée, centre du système défensif de Myonia ancienne. Les murs de fortification, construits dans leur majeure partie avec pseudo- pierre de taille, couvre une surface d'environ 300 x 250 m. et a été construit au 4ème siècle av J.-C. La paroi a été équipée de onze tours rectangulaires. Proch au cimetière le mur est conservé à une hauteur considérable et il y a une double tour, qui indique la porte d'entrée principale de la ville. Plusieurs autres petits tours de guet ont été construits autour de la paroi.
