Από το Τρίπτυχο έχει χαθεί το αριστερό φύλλο. Στην ανώτερη ζώνη των τριών φύλλων εικονίζεται η Δέηση με τον Χριστό ως Μεγάλο Αρχιερέα, την Θεοτόκο (αριστερά) και τον Πρόδρομο. Στην κατώτερη ζώνη, στο μεσαίο φύλλο εικονίζνονται οι Άγιοι Νικόλαος και Αθανάσιος και στο δεξιό ο Άγιος Δημήτριος. Πιθανότατα στο χαμένο αριστερό φύλλο εικονιζόταν ο Άγιος Γεώργιος.

The left leaf of the triptych is missing. In the upper zone of all three panels, there is the Prayer with Christ as the Great High Priest, the Virgin Mary (left) and John the Forerunner. In the lower zone, Saints Nicholas and Athanasios are depicted in the middle panel and Saint Dimitrios on the right panel. Saint George was probably depicted in the missing left sheet.
