WOMEN’S PLASTRON OF THE TRADITIONAL COSTUME OF ALEXANDREIA WITH A BLUE SAYIAS (EN)

Τραχηλιά παραδοσιακής γυναικείας φορεσιάς με μπλε σαγιά από την Αλεξάνδρεια (Ρουμλούκι) Ημαθίας. Αποτελείται από δύο φύλλα ενωμένα στο πάνω μέρος, για να στερεώνεται στον αυχένα. Κατά μήκος του ανοίγματος, και στις δύο πλευρές, έχει προστεθεί λευκή διακοσμητική δαντέλα. Δεξιά και αριστερά έχουν κεντηθεί ανθικά μοτίβα σε κόκκινο, κίτρινο, μπλε, ροζ και πράσινο χρώμα. (EL)
Plastron of the women’s traditional costume from Alexandreia (Roumlouki), Imathia, with a blue sayias. It consists of two panels joined together at the top, so it can be secured around the neck. White decorative lace has been added along the opening on both sides. Two floral motifs in red, yellow, blue, pink and green have been embroidered on the right and on the left. (EN)
