Αναμνηστικό μετάλλιο Β' Βαλκανικού Πολέμου του Μακεδονομάχου Ιωάννη Ούρδιου. Το ορειχάλκινο εστεμμένο μετάλλιο φέρει στην όψη του σταυρό πάνω σε διασταυρομένα ξίφη με στέμμα στο κέντρο του. Στις κατακόρυφες κεραίες του υπάρχουν ανάγλυφα μονογράμματα των Βασιλέων Γεωργίου Α΄ και Κωνσταντίνου Α'. Την σύνθεση περιβάλλει κυκλοτερής επιγραφή με βυζαντινότροπα γράμματα: «ΣΥΝ ΘΕΩ, ΥΠΕΡ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΚΑΙ ΠΑΤΡΙΔΟΣ». Η ταινία είναι χρώματος θαλασσί, με κόκκινη κεντρική γραμμή και λευκές σειρίδες στις πλευρές.

Commemorative medal of the Second Balkan War of Macedonian Fighter Ioannis Ourdios. The bronze medal surmounted by a crown bears on the obverse a cross on crossed swords with a crown in the centre. On the vertical arms of the cross there are embossed monograms of Kings George I and Constantine I. The composition is surrounded by the circular inscription in Byzantine-style letters: “WITH GOD, FOR KING AND COUNTRY”. The ribbon is light blue in colour, with a red line in the middle and white stripes on the sides.
