- Συγκρότημα πέτρινων κτισμάτων. Στο κυρίως κτίσμα η αρχική στέγη αντικαταστάθηκε από δίρριχτη τσίγκινη στέγη εδραζόμενη σε μεταλλικά ζευκτά. Η νέα στέγη έχει υποστεί διάτρηση από την σκουριά.
Τα επιχρίσματα ,εξωτερικά και εσωτερικά, έχουν υποστεί φθορές και τοπικές καθαιρέσεις.
Στο κυρίως κτίσμα σώζεται μεταλλικό πιεστήριο (μέγγενη), ενώ στον προαύλιο χώρο σώζεται μία μυλόπετρα.

INDUSTRIAL INSTALLATION
- Complex of stone buildings. In the main building the original roof was replaced by a pitched tin roof supported with metal trusses. The new roof has been perforated by rust.
The coatings, both externally and internally, have been damaged and locally removed.
A metal press (vise) is preserved in the main building, while a millstone is preserved in the courtyard.
