- Πρόκειται για συγκρότημα πέτρινων κτισμάτων.
Το κυρίως κτίσμα έχει κεραμοσκεπή που στηρίζεται σε ξύλινα ζευκτά. Το εξωτερικό επίχρισμα και η στέγη έχουν υποστεί φθορές και καθαιρέσεις τοπικής σημασίας.
Στο εσωτερικό του κτηρίου σώζεται ο μηχανισμός του σπαστήρα με τις μυλόπετρες στην αρχική τους θέση και σε καλή κατάσταση.
Τα βοηθητικά κτίσματα και οι φούρνοι παρουσιάζουν τις μεγαλύτερες φθορές με καθαιρέσεις στέγης, επιχρισμάτων και τοιχοποιίας.

INDUSTRIAL INSTALLATION
- It is a complex of stone buildings.
The main building has a tiled roof supported on wooden trusses. The external render and roof have suffered localised damage and removal.
The interior of the building retains the crusher mechanism with the millstones in their original position and in good condition.
The outbuildings and the ovens show the greatest damage with removals of the roof, plaster and masonry.
