ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Πρόκειται για πέτρινο κτίσμα. Η στέγη του είναι τσίγκινη, εδραζόμενη σε ξύλινες δοκούς. Το εξωτερικό επίχρισμα έχει υποστεί τοπικής σημασίας καθαιρέσεις και είναι εμφανείς προηγούμενες προσπάθειες συντήρησης του. Η περίφραξη έχει καταρρεύσει σε τμήμα της.
Στην εσωτερική αυλή υπάρχει πηγάδι και σώζονται οι μυλόπετρες του ελαιοτριβείου.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- This is a stone building. The roof is tin, supported on wooden beams. The exterior render has been locally removed and previous attempts at preservation are evident. The fencing has collapsed in part.
There is a well in the inner courtyard and the millstones of the mill are preserved.
