ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Είναι το δεύτερο ελαιοτριβείο της Καλάθου και αν και σήμερα χρησιμοποιείται ως αποθήκη διατηρεί ανέπαφο ολόκληρο τον εξοπλισμό του. Πρόκειται για πολύ καλά διατηρημένο παραδοσιακό κτίσμα, πέτρινο με δύο τόξα σε σειρά για την στήριξη του δώματος.
Χαρακτηριστικά του τα τοξωτά υπέρθυρα και η παραδοσιακή κατασκευή του δώματος που διατηρείται: ξύλινα δοκάρια από χονδρούς κορμούς δέντρων - καλάμια - πατελιά.
Στο εσωτερικό του κτιρίου σώζεται η βάση του σπαστήρα με τον ξύλινο εξοπλισμό του, ενώ οι μυλόπετρες έχουν μεταφερθεί στην αυλή του κτιρίου.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- It is the second olive press of Kalathos and although it is currently used as a warehouse, it keeps all its equipment intact. It is a very well-preserved traditional building, stone-built with two arches in a row to support the roof.
It is characterised by its arched lintels and the traditional construction of the roof, which is preserved: wooden beams made of thick tree trunks - reeds - pales.
Inside the building, the base of the crusher with its wooden equipment is preserved, while the millstones have been moved to the courtyard of the building.
