ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Από τα πιο παλιά οινοποιεία της Ρόδου που έδρασε και προπολεμικά και μεταπολεμικά. Σώζονται μέχρι και σήμερα κτήρια και εξοπλισμός της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας. Επίσης εμφιάλωναν φιλτραρισμένο νερό και κατασκεύαζαν πλαστικές φιάλες. Η έδρα της βιομηχανίας ήταν στην οδό Αυστραλίας 42. Η οικοδομή είναι κατασκευασμένη από οπλισμένο σκυρόδεμα και περιλαμβάνει ισόγειους και υπόγειους χώρους, καθώς και μία τετραώροφη οικοδομή. Το ισόγειο καταλαμβάνει έκταση 600 μ² και έχει ύψος 5μ. Το υπόγειο επίσης καταλαμβάνει 600μ², ενώ το ύψος φτάνει τα 3μ. Όλα τα διαχωριστικά χώρου είναι κτιστά και τα κουφώματα είναι αλουμινίου.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY - One of the oldest wineries in Rhodes that operated both pre-war and post-war. Buildings and equipment of the production process are preserved to this day. They also bottled filtered water and manufactured plastic bottles. The headquarters of the industry was at 42 Australias Street. The building is made of reinforced concrete and includes ground and basement spaces, as well as a four-story building. The ground floor occupies an area of 600 m² and has a height of 5 m. The basement also occupies 600m², while the height reaches 3m. All room dividers are built and the frames are aluminum.
