ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Το 1922 επιστρέφει στο χωριό Μονόλιθος, από την Αμερική, ο Ευστάθιος Μανούσος. Ανοίγει αρχικά ένα κατάστημα (μπακάλικο – καφενές) το οποίο λόγω των ιταλών ονομάστηκε «Prima Vera». Τροφοδοτούσε το χωριό με τρόφιμα και οι πολίτες τον πλήρωναν με σταφύλια. Με παραδοσιακό τρόπο (καζάνι – άμβυκας) από τα σταφύλια παρήγαγε οινόπνευμα. Έτσι ξεκίνησε η παραγωγή του ούζου Μανούσος, το οποίο εκτίθεται στο μουσείο οίνου Αχάια Κλάους. Παράλληλα γινόταν ανταλλαγή του ούζου και κρασιού με εμπόρους από τη Ρόδο μέχρι το 1945. Το 1945 με 600,000 λιρέτες αγοράζει κατάστημα στη Νέα Αγορά, δίπλα στου Δημητριάδη παρασκευάζοντας πάστες και παγωτό, ενώ πουλούσε και τα πότα που παρήγαγε από τη Μονόλιθο.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- In 1922, Efstathios Manousos returns to the village of Monolithos from America. He initially opens a store (grocery - coffee shop) which, because of the Italians, was named "Prima Vera". He fed the village with food and the citizens paid him with grapes. In a traditional way (cauldron - alembic) he produced alcohol from the grapes. Thus began the production of Manousos ouzo, which is exhibited in the Achaia Klaus wine museum. At the same time, there was an exchange of ouzo and wine with merchants from Rhodes until 1945. In 1945, with 600,000 lire, he bought a shop in Nea Agora, next to Dimitriadis, making sweets and ice cream, while he also sold the drinks he produced from Monolithos.
