ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Η ποτοποιία ξεκίνησε να λειτουργεί το 1938 εντός της μεσαιωνικής πόλης στην οδό Πυθαγόρα 42. Σήμερα λειτουργεί νέα μονάδα της βιομηχανίας στην περιοχή Τσαΐρι, ως εργοστάσιο παραγωγής ούζου, λικέρ, κρασιού και του περίφημου Κοριαντολίνου. Έτσι η ποτοποιία στην παλιά πόλη λειτουργεί σήμερα σαν κατάστημα – έκθεση. Οι περισσότερες βιομηχανίες οινοπνευματωδών ποτών της εποχής ξεκίνησαν με έναν άμβυκα (καζανάκι). Η κατασκευή είναι «τυπική» και χαρακτηρίζει τα περισσότερα κατασκευασμένα από πωρόλιθο κτίσματα, στην παλιά πόλη της Ρόδου. Πρόκειται για διώροφο κτίσμα με το ισόγειο να λειτουργεί σαν κατάστημα – έκθεση, ενώ ο όροφος σαν κατοικία. Το ισόγειο διαμορφώνεται σε τρείς αίθουσες και ένα πατάρι. Η φέρουσα τοιχοποιία του κτηρίου είναι πάχους 0,40-0,50μ.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- The distillery began operating in 1938 within the medieval city at 42 Pythagoras Street. Today, a new industrial unit operates in the Tsairi area, as a factory for the production of ouzo, liqueur, wine and the famous Coriandolin. Thus, the distillery in the old town functions today as a shop. Most distilleries of the time started with an alembic. The construction is "typical" and characterizes most of the buildings made of porolith in the old town of Rhodes. It is a two-story building with the ground floor functioning as a shop, while the first floor serves as a residence. The ground floor consists of three rooms and a loft. The bearing masonry of the building is 0.40-0.50m thick.
