ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Ο ανεμόμυλος δε σώζει τον αρχικό του εξοπλισμό και έχει μετατραπεί σε εξοχική κατοικία. Εξωτερικά έχει υποστεί αλλοιώσεις: επίχρισμα με οδηγούς, πλαστική υδρορρόη, εμφανές κουτί δικτύου ηλεκτροδότησης, κλίμακα από σκυρόδεμα στην είσοδο του μύλου, νεωτερικό ταμπλαδωτό ξύλινο κούφωμα με τζαμιλίκια. Στον περιβάλλοντα χώρο υπάρχει μία στέρνα και ένα μυλόσπιτο. Ανήκει στον τύπο "ξετροχάρης".

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- The windmill does not preserve its original equipment and has been converted into a country house. Externally it has undergone alterations: plaster with guides, plastic gutter, visible electrical network box, concrete staircase at the entrance to the mill, modern paneled timber frame with jambs. In the surrounding area there is a cistern and a mill house. He belongs to the "xetrocharis" type.
