ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Ισόγειο κτίσμα με φέροντα οργανισμό από λιθοδομή και επίπεδη επικάλυψη με πλάκα οπλισμένου σκυροδέματος και ελαφρόπετρας. Χαρακτηριστικό του κτίσματος είναι οι τρεις καμινάδες. Οι μεγάλες εγκαταστάσεις μαρτυρούν τη μεγάλη του δραστηριότητα. Η κάτοψη σχήματος Γ πλαισιώνει την αυλή απ’ όπου γίνεται και η πρόσβαση. Στην επί του δρόμου πρόσοψη υπάρχει μεγάλο άνοιγμα με ξύλινο πάγκο απ’όπου γινόταν η αγορά των αρτοσκευασμάτων. Τα βοηθητικά μηχανήματα, (αναδευτήρας, ζυμωτήρι) ήταν γερμανικής προέλευσης και λειτουργούσαν με ηλεκτρικό ρεύμα. Η τροφοδοσία του φούρνου γινόταν με ξύλα. Λειτουργούσε μέχρι την δεκαετία του ’70.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- Ground floor building with a load-bearing body of stonework and a flat covering with a slab of reinforced concrete and pumice stone. The three chimneys are characteristic of the building. The large installations bear witness to his great activity. The C-shaped floor plan frames the courtyard from which the access is also made. On the facade on the street there is a large opening with a wooden counter from where the baked goods were bought. The auxiliary machines (stirrer, kneader) were of German origin and operated with electricity. The furnace was fueled with wood. It worked until the 70s.
