ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Περιοχή ναυπηγοεπισκευαστική μικρών σκαφών ,ψαρόβαρκων και το πολύ 7μετρων ξύλινων τρεχαντηριών, βρίσκεται στο Δυτικό άκρο της προβλήτας του Πανορμίτη σε σημείο που η φυσική διαμόρφωση του εδάφους διευκολύνει την ανέλκυση –καθέλκυση σκαφών. Μέχρι την δεκαετία του ’60 υπήρχε ο «εργάτης» απαραίτητη μόνιμη κατασκευή για την ανέλκυση των σκαφών .Μετά την κατάργηση του χρησιμοποιούσαν γρύλλους και παλάγκο με πολλούς μακαράδες για να τραβούν τα σκάφη έξω. Τις εργασίες τις έκαναν οι ίδιοι οι ψαράδες ιδιοκτήτες των σκαφών.
Σε παρακείμενο διώροφο λιθόκτιστο κτίριο με θολωτή επικάλυψη, στο ισόγειο φύλασσαν τις βάρκες τους οι ψαράδες, μέχρι να πάνε με τα πόδια στο Γιαλό να πουλήσουν τα ψάρια τους.
Σήμερα η δραστηριότητα είναι ιδιαίτερα περιορισμένη και αφορά κυρίως επισκευές άμεσης ανάγκης.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY - Shipbuilding repair area for small boats, fishing boats and wooden trawlers of up to 7 meters, is located at the Western end of the Panormitis pier at a point where the natural formation of the ground facilitates the lifting and launching of boats. Until the 1960s, there was the "worker" necessary permanent construction for the lifting of the boats. After its abolition, they used jacks and palango with many winches to pull the boats out. The work was done by the fishermen who owned the boats themselves.
In an adjacent two-storey stone-built building with a vaulted roof, the fishermen kept their boats on the ground floor until they could walk to Gialos (beach) to sell their fish.
Today the activity is very limited and mainly concerns immediate repairs.
