ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Περιοχή σε υψόμετρο 1.750μ. που συγκεντρώνει πατητήρια όλων των φάσεων: μονόλιθους , ανοικτά με δάπεδο κυκλικό που είναι συνήθως επίπεδος βράχος και ορισμένα από όρθιες πλάκες ,στεγανοποιημένες ως προς το έδαφος και συνδεδεμένες μεταξύ τους με κονίαμα –κουρασάνι-, μετεξελιγμένα πατητήρια με χτισμένο περιμετρικά ξερολιθικό τοίχο ,ώστε να προφυλάσσει σταφύλια και εργάτες από τον ήλιο.
Και τέλος τα πιο σύγχρονα πατητήρια με σκεπή από λεπτές πλάκες . Τα συναντάμε μεμονωμένα, η σε ομάδες και σε κάποιες περιπτώσεις συνδεόμενα με μικρούς οικίσκους που θυμίζουν μαντρόσπιτα. Πρόκειται για μικρό συνοικισμό που δεν είναι γνωστό αν ήταν μόνιμος η περιστασιακός κατά την εποχή του τρύγου.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY - Area at an altitude of 1,750m. which gathers presses of all phases: monoliths, open with a circular floor that is usually a flat rock and some of upright slabs, sealed to the ground and connected to each other with mortar - kurasani -, sophisticated presses with a xerolithic wall built around the perimeter, in order to protect grapes and workers from the sun.
And finally the most modern presses with a roof made of thin plates. We find them individually, or in groups and in some cases connected to small houses that resemble manors. It is a small settlement that is not known if it was permanent or occasional during the harvest season.
