ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Μονόλιθος από πέτρωμα τοπικής προέλευσης, σχεδόν κυκλικού σχήματος, διαμέτρου 87 εκ. ήταν η κάτω πέτρα σύνθλιψης των σταφυλιών, για την παραγωγή μούστου. Διακρίνουμε χαραγμένο κυκλικό αύλακα ,διαμέτρου 50 εκ.και πάχους περίπου 2 εκ. που καταλήγει σε αυλάκι απορροής.
Η θέση του μαρτυρά την ύπαρξη στην περιοχή καλλιέργειας αμπελιών, από τα αρχαία χρόνια που σταδιακά από τον 18ο αιώνα άρχισε να εγκαταλείπεται.
Η δυσκολία στην μεταφορά των καρπών , επέβαλε την θέση του μονόλιθου –πατητηριού στον ορεινό τόπο καλλιέργειας.
Η κυκλική χάραξη αύλακος και η κλίση του μονόλιθου, σκοπό έχουν την απορροή του μούστου στο δοχείο συλλογής.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- A monolith made of stone of local origin, almost circular in shape, 87 cm in diameter was the lower stone for crushing the grapes, for the production of must. We can see an engraved circular groove, 50 cm in diameter and about 2 cm thick, which ends in a drainage channel.
Its position testifies to the existence in the area of grape cultivation, since ancient times, which gradually began to be abandoned from the 18th century.
The difficulty in transporting the fruits imposed the location of the monolith - press in the mountainous place of cultivation.
The circular groove engraving and the slope of the monolith have the purpose of draining the must into the collection container.
