ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Ένας από τους τέσσερεις φούρνους της γειτονιάς, παρήγαγε τα απαιτούμενα –γαλέττες – για τα σφουγγαράδικα, και ψωμί για τους κατοίκους.
Ο ιδιοκτήτης επιχειρηματίας τον νοίκιαζε σε φουρνάρηδες, ένας από τους οποίους ήταν ο Γιώργος Μιχαήλου.
Κατά τους βομβαρδισμούς του 1943 κάηκε από την εμπρηστική βόμβα πού έπεσε στην περιοχή.
Ανακατασκευάστηκε στο περίγραμμα του καμένου ερειπίου, και σήμερα είναι κατάστημα.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- One of the four bakeries in the neighborhood, produced the required galettes for the sponge shops, and bread for the residents.
The businessman owner rented it to bakers, one of whom was Giorgos Michaelou.
During the bombings of 1943, it was burned by the incendiary bomb that fell in the area.
It was rebuilt on the outline of the burnt ruin, and today it is a shop.
