ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Το αρχοντικό το επονομαζόμενο του «Νικολαΐδη» από τον τελευταίο ιδιοκτήτη του, Ποθητό Νικολαΐδη, είναι ενταγμένο μέσα στον πυκνά δομημένο πολεοδομικό ιστό της Χώρας, στο βορειοανατολικό τμήμα του, στην συνοικία Κρητικά. Αρχικά ήταν ένα αυτόνομο αγροτικό συγκρότημα κτισμένο έξω από τα όρια του πυρήνα του οικισμού. Σύμφωνα με εντοιχισμένες στο κτίριο επιγραφές, η οικοδόμηση έγινε τμηματικά, πιθανώς ανάμεσα στο 1705 και το 1796. Η πρώτη ημερομηνία βρίσκεται σε στόμιο στέρνας του σπιτιού και η δεύτερη σε υπέρθυρο πόρτας.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- The mansion, named "Nikolaidis" after its last owner, Pothitos Nicolaidis, is integrated into the densely structured urban fabric of Chora, in its northeastern part, in the Kritika district. Initially it was an autonomous agricultural complex built outside the boundaries of the core of the settlement. According to inscriptions embedded in the building, the construction was done in parts, probably between 1705 and 1796. The first date is found on a cistern of the house and the second on a door lintel.
