ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Η καλαθοπλεκτική στο Αιγαίο τεκμηριώνεται τουλάχιστον από την 6η χιλιετία π. Χ. Το τυροβόλι από πλεγμένα βούρλα αποτελεί απαραίτητο σκεύος στη διαδικασία παρασκευής τυριού για το στράγγισμά του. Η κ. Αγγελίνα Καλή έμαθε την τέχνη από τον Τριαντάφυλλο Κουτσουμπάρη, στην ηλικία των 14 χρόνων και μέχρι σήμερα εργάζεται.
Για την πλέξη ενός τυροβολιού απαιτείται περίπου μια ώρα. Σε κάθε μάντρα χρειάζονται 80 με 100 τυροβόλια, δυο διαστάσεων, ανάλογα με το είδος του τυριού που θα παρασκευαστεί (λαδοτύρι και χλωρή).

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- Basket weaving in the Aegean is documented since at least the 6th millennium BC. The tyrovoli made of woven vurls is an essential tool in the cheese making process for draining it. Ms. Angelina Kali learned the art from Triantafyllos Koutsoubaris, at the age of 14 and is still working today.
It takes about an hour to knit a cheese ball. Each paddock requires 80 to 100 cheese balls, of two sizes, depending on the type of cheese to be prepared (fat cheese and green cheese).
