ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Ιδιοκτησίας Γ. Σταματιάδη (μυλωνάς) με Κ.Μ. 225 Οικοδομών Κω, σήμερα ανήκει στο Ξενοδοχείο Απόλλων.
Ο ανεμόμυλος έχει σχήμα κυλινδρικό, είναι διόρωφος. Στο πάνω πάτωμα γινόταν η παραγωγή του αλευριού με τη βοήθεια του ανέμου που γύριζε την ανέμη. Είναι πετρόχτιστος με κωνική στέγη και πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένος.
Οι ανεμόμυλοι ήταν συνήθως οικογενειακοί και αν κάποιος που έφερνε το σιτάρι του για να αλεστεί δεν είχε χρήματα να πληρώσει, ο μυλωνάς κρατούσε ένα ποσοστό από την παραγωγή.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY - Owned by G. Stamatiadis (miller) with number K.M. 225 of buildings in Kos, today belongs to the Apollon Hotel.
The windmill has a cylindrical shape, it has two floors. On the upper floor the flour was produced with the help of the wind that turned the spinning wheel. It is stone built with a conical roof and recently renovated.
Windmills were usually family owned and if someone who brought their wheat to be milled had no money to pay, the miller kept a percentage of the production.
