ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Ο εσωτερικός χώρος χρησιμοποιείται σαν Εκθεση του εξοπλισμού και των εργαλείων του νερόμυλου.Ταυτόχρονα είναι καταστημα τουριστικών ειδών. Ο νερόμυλος τροφοδοτούνταν με το νερό της Κεφαλόβρυσης. Αποτελείται από ένα πετρόχτιστο κανάλι που οδηγεί το νερό στη χοάνη από όπου πέφτει στο μύλο και παράγει το αλεύρι.
Οι νερόμυλοι είναι χτισμένοι μέσα στα ρέματα και βρίσκονταν ο ένας μετά τον άλλον εκμεταλλευόμενοι το νερό του ρέματος διαδοχικά.
