Τεράστιος ταφικός πίθος, ένας από τους εννέα που βρέθηκαν στον ταφικό τύμβο του Αγίου Ιωάννη Παπουλίων. Οι πίθοι περιείχαν τους νεκρούς, σε αρκετές περιπτώσεις δύο, σε συνεσταλμένη στάση και ήταν τοποθετημένοι οριζόντια στο έδαφος με το στόμιο στραμμένο προς την περιφέρεια του τύμβου που περικλειόταν από λίθινο ανάλημμα.

Huge burial pithos, belonging to a group of nine, found at the burial tumulus of Agios Ioannis, Papoulia. The jars contained the dead, in some cases two of them, in contracted position and they were placed horizontally on the ground, with the mouths turned towards the perimeter of the tumulus, which is surrounded by a stone wall.
