Μελαμβαφής κάνθαρος με ευρύ λαιμό, ημισφαιρικό σώμα, λαβές με πεπλατυσμένες λοξές αποφύσεις και βαθμιδωτή βάση. Γύρω από το λαιμό φέρει διακόσμηση από φύλλα κισσού και κάτω από αυτήν τριπλή σειρά μαστοειδών αποφύσεων. Η διακόσμηση αυτή ανήκει στον τύπο της "Δυτικής Κλιτύος" και προέρχεται από αττικά εργαστήρια. Ο συγκεκριμένος κάνθαρος όμως, όπως και οι παρόμοιοι από την Τσοπάνη Ράχη, αποδίδονται σε εργαστήριο της Δυτικής Πελοποννήσου που μιμείται τα αττικά πρότυπα. (EL)
Black-glazed kantharos with a broad neck, handles with flattened slant ends and a graduated base. Around the neck it bears a decoration with ivy leaves, underneath which there was a triple row of mastoid protruberances. This decoration belongs to the type of the "Western Slope" originating from Attic workshops. This particular kantharos, however, as the similar ones from Tsopani Rachi, are attributed to a workshop in the Western Peloponnese, which imitates Attic originals. (EN)
