Οι κιβωτιόσχημοι τάφοι στο Διβάρι της Γιάλοβας ανασκάφηκαν στα μέσα της δεκαετίας 1960 από τον τότε Έφορο Αρχαιοτήτων Ν. Γιαλούρη. Αφού μελετήθηκαν και τα ευρήματά τους μεταφέρθηκαν σε μουσειακούς χώρους, κυρίως στο Μουσείο Πύλου, οι τάφοι πλημμύρισαν ξανά από τα νερά της λιμνοθάλασσας.

The shaft graves at Divari, Yalova, were excavated in the mid-1960s by the then Head of the Ephorate of Antiquities N. Yalouris. After the tombs were studied and their finds were removed into museums, particularly the museum of Pylos, the tombs were flooded again by the waters of the lagoon.
