Ο θολωτός τάφος 2 που ανασκάφηκε στην Κουκουνάρα από τον Μαρινάτο. Η περιοχή της Κουκουνάρας έχει πολλά νερά εξαιτίας του ποταμού Αράπη που τη διαρρέει. Για το λόγο αυτό και τους χειμερινούς μήνες ορισμένοι από τους τάφους πλημμυρίζουν, όπως βλέπουμε στη φωτογραφία.

Tholos tomb 2 which was excavated at Koukounara by Marinatos. The region of Koukounara innundates often due to the river Arapis which flows there. Some of the tombs flood in the winter, as we see in the picture.
