The community council approves the transfer of the amount of 20,000 drachmas from Chapter 35, Article 1, to Chapter 40, Article 1. Similarly, it approves the allocation of a fixed advance of 20,000 drachmas for expenses related to the procurement of supplies and the implementation of passive air defense measures for the country, from Chapter 22, Article 14 of the 1940-1941 fiscal year, supplemented by an equivalent amount from Chapter 40, Article 1 of the 1940-1941 fiscal year.
Το κοινοτικό συμβούλιο εγκρίνει τη μεταφορά του ποσού 20.000 δραχμών από το Κεφ. 35 του άρθρου 1 στο Κεφ. 40 του άρθρου 1. Ομοίως εγκρίνει την ανάληψη πάγιας προκαταβολής 20.000 δραχμών για δαπάνες προμήθειας ειδών και λήψης μέτρων παθητικής αεράμυνας της χώρας εκ του Κεφ. 22 του άρθρου 14 της χρήσεως 1940-1941, ενισχυμένου με ισόποσο ποσό εκ του Κεφ. 40 του άρθρου 1 της χρήσεως 1940-1941.
