Το δημοτικό συμβούλιο αποφασίζει σχετικά με την έγκριση των πρακτικών πρόχειρου μειοδοτικού διαγωνισμού που διενεργήθη στις 3/12/1948, για την προμήθεια ξυλείας για την κατασκευή υποστέγου στους δημοτικούς σταύλους και κρίνει ασύμφορη την τιμή που επετεύχθη. Ως εκ τούτου, εγκρίνει, σύμφωνα με τη σχετική νομοθεσία περί προμηθειών, την προμήθεια της αναγκαίας ποσότητας ξυλείας, από την ελεύθερη αγορά, χωρίς μειοδοτικό διαγωνισμό.
The city council decides on the approval of the minutes of the tender held on 3/12/1948, for the supply of timber for the construction of a shed in the municipal stables and considers the price obtained to be unprofitable. It therefore approves, in accordance with the relevant procurement legislation, the supply of the necessary quantity of timber from the open market without a competitive tender.
