The City Council decides on the approval of the minutes of the tender held on 2/12/1948, for the supply of the necessary quantity of sheet metal for the housing of the Municipality's warehouses, and considers the price obtained to be unprofitable. It therefore approves, in accordance with the relevant procurement legislation, the supply of the necessary quantity of sheet metal from the open market without a competitive tender.
Το δημοτικό συμβούλιο αποφασίζει σχετικά με την έγκριση των πρακτικών πρόχειρου μειοδοτικού διαγωνισμού που διενεργήθη στις 2/12/1948, για την προμήθεια της αναγκαίας ποσότητας λαμαρινών, για την στέγαση αποθηκών του Δήμου, και κρίνει ασύμφορη την τιμή που επετεύχθη. Ως εκ τούτου, εγκρίνει, σύμφωνα με τη σχετική νομοθεσία περί προμηθειών, την προμήθεια της αναγκαίας ποσότητας λαμαρινών, από την ελεύθερη αγορά, χωρίς μειοδοτικό διαγωνισμό.
