Η Έπαυλης Βαρσάμη, επί της οδού Νικολάου Πλαστήρα. Αρχιτέκτων ο Κ. Κόκκας. Η ταμπέλα γράφει Βίλα Ακταίων. Ήταν τα Καλοκαιρινά Εκπαιδευτήρια Θηλέων της σχολής Σχοινά τα Καλοκαίρια. Σήμερα είναι το κέντρο Απέρριτο.
The Varsami Mansion, located on Nikolaou Plastira Street, was designed by the architect Konstantinos Kokkas. The sign on the building reads "Villa Aktaion." During the summers, it functioned as the Summer Educational Institute for Girls, part of the Schoinas School. Today, the building houses the Aperrito center.
