Αρχιτέκτονας είναι ο Μεταξάς. Μετά τον πόλεμο στέγασε το ΠΙΚΠΑ. Ενδιαφέρον έχει και το Άγαλμα με το Ζαρκάδι που υπάρχει στην αυλή του. Είναι έργο του Ιδιοκτήτη Γλύπτη Ιωάννη Καρανικόλα.
The architect of the mansion was Metaxas. After the war, it housed the PIKPA (Greek Welfare Organization). An interesting feature of the property is the statue of a roe deer in the courtyard, which is the work of the owner and sculptor Ioannis Karanikolas.
