H αποξήρανση των σκουμπριών γίνεται πρώτα επάνω στα βότσαλα για να στεγνώσουνε από το πλύσιμο και μετά θα κρεμάσουνε τα σκουμπριά στις κρεμάστρες για να αποξηρανθούνε από τον ήλιο.
The mackerel are first dried on the pebbles to dry from washing and then they will hang the mackerel on the hangers to dry from the sun.
