The recently built church of the Holy Apostles (20th century) is located at a distance of 7 kilometres from the center of the city of Rhodes, at the highest point of the newly established district under the same name "Agioi Apostoloi" [Holy Apostles] which had been called "Megavli" prior to the construction of the church. The church celebrates on June 30 and also on October 2, the day of celebration of Saints Kyprian and Justin. Moreover, in its churchyard there is a chapel dedicated to Saint Kosmas Etolos whose feast day is August 24. Nearby the church lies the lush green area "Tris" [Three] which leads to the area of Ixia on the west coast of the island. Also, further east and at a distance of 4 kilometres we find the archaeological park of Rodini (valley), with its rich vegetation and running waters, which to this day preserves the architectural interventions made by the Italian conquerors of the island.
Ο νεόδμητος ναός των Αγίων Αποστόλων (20ός αιώνας) βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 7χλμ. από το κέντρο της πόλης της Ρόδου, στο υψηλότερο σημείο της ομώνυμης νεοσύστατης συνοικίας «Άγιοι Απόστολοι» που πριν την οικοδόμηση του ναού ονομαζόταν «Μέγγαβλη». Ο ναός γιορτάζει στις 30 Ιουνίου αλλά και στις 2 Οκτωβρίου, ημέρα μνήμης των Αγίων Κυπριανού και Ιουστίνης. Επίσης, στον αύλειο χώρο του υπάρχει παρεκκλήσιο αφιερωμένο στον Άγιο Κοσμά τον Αιτωλό που γιορτάζει στις 24 Αυγούστου. Σε κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκεται η καταπράσινη περιοχή «Τρεις» που οδηγεί στην δυτική ακτή του νησιού στην περιοχή Ιξιά. Επίσης, ανατολικότερα σε απόσταση 4χλμ.περίπου είναι το αρχαιολογικό πάρκο του Ροδινιού (κοιλάδα), με πλούσια βλάστηση και τρεχούμενα νερά, που μέχρι σήμερα διατηρεί τις αρχιτεκτονικές παρεμβάσεις των Ιταλών κατακτητών του νησιού.
