Το έργο του Όμηρου Γεωργιάδη «Χωρίς τίτλο 65/118» χαρακτηρίζεται από την εσωτερικότητα του χρώματος και τις λυρικές προεκτάσεις, την έντονη εξπρεσιονιστική γραφή του και την έμφαση στην οριζόντια διάταξη του θέματος. Είναι η εποχή που ο καλλιτέχνης δεν δίνει πλέον τίτλους στα έργα του αλλά σημειώνει μόνο αριθμούς, όπως και σε αυτήν την περίπτωση, 65/118, όπου ο πρώτος δηλώνει τη χρονιά δημιουργίας και ο δεύτερος τη σειρά με την οποία ζωγραφίστηκε μέσα στη χρονιά.
