Το έργο της Carla Accardi «Nodo del segretto» αποτελεί ένα από τα τελευταία έργα που φιλοτέχνησε η καλλιτέχνιδα, ένα χρόνο πριν το θάνατό της. Σε αυτήν την περίοδο έχοντας τη σοφία και την ωριμότητα των χρόνων, συνάμα και την καλλιτεχνική ωριμότητα δημιουργεί αφηρημένες συνθέσεις με χρώματα, λαμπερά και φωτεινά, γεμάτες φως και ελπίδα που προτρέπουν τον θεατή να κοιτάξει το μέλλον με αισιοδοξία.

Carla Accardi's "Nodo del segretto" is one of the last works created by the artist, a year before her death. In this period, having the wisdom and maturity of the years, at the same time the artistic maturity, she creates abstract compositions with colours, bright and luminous, full of light and hope that urge the viewer to look at the future with optimism.
