Τα επιστημονικά δεδομένα των συλλογών αποτελούν καρπό της ερευνητικής εργασίας των ερευνητών και συνεργατών του Ινστιτούτου, κατά συνέπεια τα πνευματικά τους δικαιώματα ανήκουν στο Ινστιτούτο Ελληνικής και Ρωμαϊκής Αρχαιότητος του Εθνικού Ιδρύματος Ερευνών.
