Τηλεγράφημα "Via Radio-Athinai", εμπορικού χαρακτήρα, στην αγγλική γλώσσα, μέσω του οποίου ο αποστολέας ενημερώνει τον Στ. Σοφιανό στην Αθήνα σχετικά με τους μπουλμέδες (διαφράγματα) που χρειάζονται για το ατμόπλοιο Μαργαρίτα. H Eastern Telegraph Co μετονομάστηκε σε Cable and Wireless Limited το 1937. Όσον αφορά τους μπουλμέδες (ή διαφράγματα) που αναφέρονται στο συγκεκριμένο τηλεγράφημα, είναι μετακινούμενα ξύλινα ελάσματα που τοποθετούσαν στα αμπάρια του πλοίου για να διαχωρίσουν το χύδην ομοειδές φορτίο (σιτηρά, ζάχαρη, κάρβουνο), έτσι ώστε να αποφεύγεται η μετακίνησή του.

Telegram "Via Radio-Athinai" of commercial nature, written in English, whereby the sender informs St. Sofianos in Athens of the bulkheads needed for Steamboat Margarita. Eastern Telegraph Co was renamed Cable and Wireless Limited in 1937. Regarding the bulkheads mentioned in the telegram, these are mobile laminboard that was placed in the holds of the boat to divide the bulk cargo (cereals, sugar, coal), in order to avoid its movement.
