Οι τοιχογραφίες του Ιερού Ναού της Περιβλέπτου βρισκονται στα κατώτερα μέρη των τοίχων, στα τόξα των κιονοστοιχιών, καθώς και στους θόλους του ναού. Στος τοίχους απεικονίζονται κυρίως ολόσωμοι Άγιοι. Στους θόλους απεικονίζονται ο Χριστός ως Παντοκράτορας με ευαγγελιστές και προφήτες, ο ύμνος «Επί σοι Χαίροι» στα δυτικά και ο Τρισάγιος Ύμνος-Αγία Τριάδα-Ουράνια Λειτουργία στα ανατολικά. Πρόκειται για έργο του Ζωγράφου Θεοδοσίου και του γιου του Κωνσταντίνου, χρονολογύμενο το 1842. Το ίδιο έτος ο ζωγράφος Πέτρος Γεωργιάδης έφτιαξε την απεικόνιση του Αγίου Δημητρίου στον βόρειο τοίχο.

The frescoes of the Church of Perivleptos are found in the lower parts of the walls, in the arches of the colonnades, as well as in the domes of the church. The walls are mainly full-length Saints depicted. In the domes there is Jesus Christ as Pantokrator with evangelists and prophets, the hymn “All creation Rejoices in Thee” to the west and the Thrice Holy Hymn-Holy Trinity-Heavenly Liturgy to the east. It is the work of painter Theodosiou and his son Constantine, dated in 1842. In the same year, the painter Petros Georgiadis painted the depiction of Saint Dimitrios on the north wall.
