The medal award certificate was presented to the Macedonian Fighter and Balkan War fighter Manolis Litinas for his participation in the Battle of Ioannina.. It is dated: “In Athens on 25 March 1914” and is signed by the then Military Minister Eleftherios Venizelos and the accomplished Infantry Captain Sa. Stamatopoulos. (EN)
