Η παλάσκα είναι δερμάτινη με καπάκι που επικαλύπτει όλη την πρόσθια πλευρά της, όπου και κούμπωνε με δερμάτινο κουμπί. Στην πίσω πλευρά φέρει δύο δερμάτινες μικρές ταινίες από όπου περνούσε η ζώνη. Το καπάκι και οι τρεις ορατές πλευρές έχουν πυκνή διακόσμηση από ένθετα μολύβδινα διακοσμητικά καρφάκια. Η πλευρά της που επικαλύπτεται από το καπάκι φέρει με τα ίδια καρφάκια τον σχηματισμό των γραμμάτων «Ι Γ V Γ» και ελαφρώς εγχάρακτη διακόσμηση.

The cartridge case is leather with a lid that covers its entire front side, where it fastens with a leather button. On the back side it has two small leather bands, where the belt used to go. The lid and three visible sides are densely decorated with inlaid lead decorative studs. The side that is covered by the lid bears with the same studs the formation of the letters "Ι Γ V Γ" and a slightly embossed decoration.
