Η συσκευή παρουσιάζει εμφανείς ομοιότητες με το -ιδιαίτερα επιτυχημένο- Ericsson GF768 αντλώντας όμως τεχνικά χαρακτηριστικά από το πιο απαιτητικό Ericsson T18. Εστιάζει στη μεσαία κατηγορία τιμών της αγοράς κινητών τηλεφώνων, αποτελώντας ένα κομψό και εύχρηστο τηλέφωνο. Κυκλοφόρησε σε μια σειρά από πέντε ζωηρά και χαρούμενα χρώματα ώστε να είναι θελκτικό στους νεαρούς καταναλωτές.

Ericsson mobile phone, model T10s, Ericsson 700 series. Color blue. Production started in 1999. The device shows obvious similarities with the -particularly successful- Ericsson GF768 but drawing technical features from the more demanding Ericsson T18. It focuses on the mid-price range of the mobile phone market, being a stylish and easy-to-use phone. It was released in a range of five vibrant and cheerful colours to appeal to young consumers.
