- Πρόκειται για κτίριο με φέρων οργανισμό από οπλισμένο σκυρόδεμα.
Η πρώτη κτιριακή εγκατάσταση ιδιοκτησίας Παντελή Κουγιού, κατασκευάστηκε το 1967 επί της οδού Καποδιστρίου. Το 1975 η βιομηχανία εμφιαλώσεως μεταφέρθηκε στις νέες εγκαταστάσεις λόγω των αυξημένων απαιτήσεων της παραγωγής στην νέα βιομηχανική ζώνη Σγουρού.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY
- This is a building with a load-bearing structure made of reinforced concrete.
The first building, owned by Pantelis Kougiou, was constructed in 1967 on Kapodistriou Street. In 1975 the bottling industry was moved to the new premises due to the increased production requirements in the new industrial zone of Sgourou.
