ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Πρόκειται για δύο κτίρια σε επαφή. Στο πρώτο ο φέρων οργανισμός είναι από οπλισμένο σκυρόδεμα και ο οργανισμός πλήρωσης πέτρα. Η στέγη είναι πλάκα zoellner. Εξωτερικά το κτίριο είναι ανεπίχριστο ενώ εσωτερικά υπάρχει μόνο πεταχτός σοβάς. Πρόσβαση σε μικρό τμήμα του κτιρίου αποκάλυψε τοπικές φθορές στην επικάλυψη της πλάκας αποκαλύπτοντας οπλισμό με εμφανή φθορά από την σκουριά. Το δεύτερο κτίριο δείχνει νεότερης κατασκευής. Ο φέροντας οργανισμός του είναι από οπλισμένο σκυρόδεμα και ο οργανισμός πλήρωσης είτε οπτο/μή είτε τσιμεντόλιθοι. Διατηρεί το επίχρισμά του εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά, χρίζει όμως συντήρησης για την αντιμετώπιση ρηγματώσεων και άλλων τοπικών φθορών.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- These are two buildings in contact. In the first the bearing body is reinforced concrete and the infill structure is stone. The roof is zoellner slab. The exterior of the building is unpainted while the interior is only thrown plaster. Access to a small part of the building revealed localised deterioration in the slab coating revealing reinforcement with visible rust deterioration. The second building appears to be of newer construction. Its bearing body is made of reinforced concrete and the infill structure is either cinder block or concrete block. It retains its coating internally and externally, but requires maintenance to address cracking and other localised deterioration.
