ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Πρόκειται για το πρώτο ελαιοτριβείο της Καλάθου. Βρίσκεται στην πλατεία του οικισμού και δίπλα του έχει την μία από τις δύο κρήνες της Καλάθου.
Πρόκειται για πέτρινο κτίσμα με τοξωτά υπέρθυρα και μονολιθικά πρέκια πλαισίωσης. Έχει αλλοιωθεί από νεότερες επεμβάσεις.
Πρόσφατα έχει περιέλθει στην ιδιοκτησία του επιχειρηματία Βασιλάκη. Η μυλόπέτρα του μύλου βρίσκεται στο ξενοδοχείο Esperos Village.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY - This is the first olive press of Kalathos. It is located in the square of the settlement and next to it is one of the two fountains of Kalathos.
It is a stone building with arched lintels and monolithic siding. It has been altered by more recent interventions.
It has recently become the property of the businessman Vassilakis. The millstone of the mill is located at the Esperos Village Hotel.
