ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Ξυλόφουρνος κατασκευασμένος από πέτρα και πυρότουβλα, σε μια εσοχή του Δημόσιου δρόμου, απέναντι από την κατοικία Μπαλασκά.
Χρησιμοποιείται από την οικογένεια για το ψήσιμο του φαγητού και του ζυμωτού ψωμιού.
Είναι από τις ελάχιστες περιπτώσεις πρόσφατα κατασκευασμένου ξυλόφουρνου σε δημόσιο χώρο με τις παλιές τεχνικές, παρά το γεγονός ότι η μορφή δεν ανταποκρίνεται ακριβώς στα παλιά πρότυπα. Παρόλα αυτά αποτυπώνει την μέχρι σήμερα ανάγκη της τοπικής κοινωνίας να μαγειρέψει και να ψήσει τον άρτον τον επιούσιον σε κοινή θέα και με την συντροφιά των γειτόνων.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- Wood furnace made of stone and firebricks, in a recess of the Public road, opposite the Balaska residence.
It is used by the family for baking food and sourdough bread.
It is one of the few instances of a recently built wood oven in a public space using the old techniques, despite the fact that the form does not exactly meet the old standards. Nevertheless, it captures the need of the local community to this day to cook and bake the epiusion bread in public view and with the company of the neighbors.
