ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Η ονομασία Θολάρι προέρχεται από τα θολά ρηχά νερά στην περιοχή αυτή. Η πρώτη χρήση του κτηρίου ήταν οινοποιείο με παραγωγή φημισμένων κρασιών, μάλιστα κάνανε εξαγωγή στο Βατικανό. Στη δεύτερη χρήση το 1978 λειτούργησε ως παγοποιείο. Η παραγωγή πάγου γινόταν όλο το 24ωρο προμηθεύοντας πάγο σε όλα τα νησιά αλλά και στα κότερα. Παρήγαγε 220κολώνες τη μέρα. Σήμερα στο κτήριο έχει γίνει προσθήκη ορόφου και λειτουργεί από το 1998 ως εστιατόριο. Σε γκραβούρα του 1919 φαίνεται το κτήριο μονώροφο κατά την πρώτη του χρήση.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- The name Tholari comes from the murky shallow waters in this area. The first use of the building was a winery with the production of famous wines, they even exported to the Vatican. In its second use in 1978, it functioned as an ice factory. Ice production took place 24 hours a day, supplying ice to all the islands as well as to the yachts. It produced 220 columns a day. Today, a floor has been added to the building and it has been operating since 1998 as a restaurant. An engraving from 1919 shows the building as a single storey building during its first use.
