Ο ανεμόμυλος είναι πετρόχτιστος, με κυλινδρικό σχήμα, κωνικού σχήματος στέγη και δύο πατώματα. Στο πάνω πάτωμα γινόταν η παραγωγή του αλευριού με τη βοήθεια του ανέμου που γύριζε την ανέμη.
Οι ανεμόμυλοι ήταν συνήθως οικογενειακοί και αν κάποιος που έφερνε το σιτάρι του για να αλεστεί δεν είχε χρήματα να πληρώσει, ο μυλωνάς κρατούσε ένα ποσοστό από την παραγωγή.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY - Property of Sevastianou Maria with number K.M. 313 of Kefalos.
The windmill is stone-built, with a cylindrical shape, a conical roof and two floors. On the upper floor the flour was produced with the help of the wind that turned the spinning wheel.
Windmills were usually family owned and if someone who brought their wheat to be milled had no money to pay, the miller kept a percentage of the production.
