ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Ιδιοκτησία Σουρασή-Κουρζή (ο μυλωνάς ήταν ο Π.Παπαηλίας) με Κ.Μ. 51 Καρδάμαινα. Συνολικά στην παραλία της Καρδάμαινας υπήρχαν 4 ανεμόμυλοι, όπως φαίνεται σπό τον χάρτη του κτηματολογίου, αλλά σήμερα σώζονται μονάχα οι δύο.
Ο ανεμόμυλος είναι πετρόχτιστος, με κυλινδρικό σχήμα και διόρωφος. Στο πάνω πάτωμα γινόταν η παραγωγή του αλευριού με τη βοήθεια του ανέμου που γύριζε την ανέμη. Η στέγη του έχει καταστραφεί.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY - Sourasi-Kourzi's property (the miller was P. Papaelias) with number K.M. 51 of Kardamena. In total there were 4 windmills on the beach of Kardamena, as can be seen on the cadastral map, but today only two are preserved.
The windmill is stone built, with a cylindrical shape and two floors. On the upper floor the flour was produced with the help of the wind that turned the spinning wheel. Its roof is damaged.
