ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Ιδιοκτησία Πόρτση Μιχαήλ (ο μυλωνάς ήταν ο Παπανικολάου) με Κ.Μ. 53 Καρδάμαινα. Μεσα στο πυκνοδομημένο τμήμα της Καρδάμαινας .Πνιγεται απο τα κτίρια.
Ο ανεμόμυλος είναι πετρόχτιστος, με κυλινδρικό σχήμα και διόρωφος. Στο πάνω πάτωμα γινόταν η παραγωγή του αλευριού με τη βοήθεια του ανέμου που γύριζε την ανέμη. Η στέγη του έχει καταστραφεί.
Οι ανεμόμυλοι ήταν συνήθως οικογενειακοί και αν κάποιος που έφερνε το σιτάρι του για να αλεστεί δεν είχε χρήματα να πληρώσει, ο μυλωνάς κρατούσε ένα ποσοστό από την παραγωγή.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY - Property of Portsis Michael (the miller was Papanikolaou) with number K.M. 53 of Kardamena. In the densely built part of Kardamena. It is "drowned" by the buildings.
The windmill is stone built, with a cylindrical shape and two floors. On the upper floor the flour was produced with the help of the wind that turned the spinning wheel. Its roof is damaged.
Windmills were usually family owned and if someone who brought their wheat to be milled had no money to pay, the miller kept a percentage of the production.
