Ο θαλαμωτός τάφος 6 στα Βολιμίδια ήταν από τους πιο ενδιαφέροντες, καθώς βρέθηκαν εκεί ολόκληρος σκελετός ζώου και σωρός περίπου 50 μυκηναϊκών αγγείων που αποτελούσαν τα κτερίσματα του τάφου. Στην κορυφή του σωρού βρέθηκε άθικτο ένα τελετουργικό ρυτό με τρεις κεφαλές ζώων. Εδώ διακρίνονται μερικά από τα κτερίσματα του σωρού, ανάμικτα με οστά του νεκρού, αλλά και με οστά μεγάλων ζώων. Διακρίνονται ψευδόστομοι αμφορίσκοι, οινοχόες, μικρές υδρίες, θήλαστρα και άλλοι τύποι αγγείων. (EL)
Chamber tomb 6 at Volimidia was one of the most interesting ones in the region, as there was found an entire skeleton of a bovine as well as a pile of about 50 Mycenaean pottery vessels constituting the grave goods. On top of the pile was found intact a ritual rhyton with three animal heads. In the picture we see some of the grave goods together with bones, both from the deceased and from large beasts. We discern little stirrup jars, wine jugs, small hydriae, feeding bottles and other types of vessels. (EN)
