Ο Προσωρινός Διοικητής Θηβών (Αναγν. Ν. Μόστρος) αναφέρει στη Διοικητική Επιτροπή ότι ο Θανασούλας και οι σύντροφοί του κατευθύνονται προς Μαρτίνο και ότι έχουν ενημερωθεί οι κάτοικοι να τους απωθήσουν. Ήδη έχουν ζητηθεί ενισχύσεις από τη Λιβαδειά και στην περιοχή του Μαρτίνου κατευθύνονται και οι άλλοι οπλαρχηγοί. Αναφέρεται στο περιστατικό κατάληψης της αποθήκης Γράδου καθώς και στη σύναξη σίτου και τη διανομή του. Εκφράζεται η ανάγκη των οπλαρχηγών σε πολεμοφόδια. (EL)
